Brasilia – The federal weather center (“Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia – Inmet”) forecast is for intermittent light rain today in Brasilia. Exactly what it has been doing weatherwise in Brasilia for the last two months.
That means it may or may not be raining when Dilma Rousseff is driven in the presidential Rolls Royce from the Cathedral to the Congress building, and then from the Congress to the Palacio do Planalto.
